As we are totally independent of both agents and sellers and only work for you the buyer, we can give you a completely unbiased view of the property you are considering purchasing. Our knowledge of property laws, land issues and legalities (ownership, build irregularities and land registry pitfalls) combined with our relationships with land and building surveyors and solicitors, ensure that what you are buying is what you are getting, with no hidden surprises.

Luxury property viewing process

 

Our first aim is to ensure that before you arrive on the Costa Blanca or Balearics, you will be confident that you have an agreed

short-list of the very best properties. These properties will meet your brief as closely as possible. 

 

Once we have fulfilled that first step to your complete satisfaction, our next aim is to ensure that your time spent here to view the selected properties, runs as smoothly and as efficiently as possible. If desired we can arrange your accommodation for you, you can choose from chic boutiques to frontline spa hotels or country fincas.

 

If upon arrival, you wish to view your shortlist of luxury properties immediately, we will meet you personally at the airport, and take you to the selected viewings.  Another option, settle into your accommodation, relax and we will pick you up when you are ready to view. Interpreters can be arranged to suit your language.

 

Professional services

 

We work with a select and limited number of professionals, including highly reputable surveyors and lawyers as well as trusted trades people, whom we have worked with on various projects over the years.

They are highly dedicated, paying attention to detail, and we insist that their level of service is equivalent to our own so as to meet our client’s stringent expectations. We can therefore confidently recommend their services to you, but of course you are free to choose your own professionals and trades.

 

Finally, when you have selected your luxury residence, we will be your main point of contact with the seller, and any other professional services that you may have engaged.
