After the pandemic, more and more professionals are working from home, giving them the opportunity to spend more time in dreamy locations where they can find a fine balance between work and play.
According to Expansión, holiday rental bookings increased 10% in the summer months in Spain in 2022 compared to the previous year. High-end villas with swimming pools, bright spaces and gardens where privacy can be enjoyed, are finding themselves increasingly in demand. Especially in locations along the Costa Blanca, Costa del Sol, and Balearic Islands.
